Group files ethics complaint against Scott Perry over campaign videos

A voting rights group has filed an ethics complaint against Republican U.S. Rep. Scott Perry for campaign videos it says were recorded in his congressional office and during House proceedings.

In a letter to the House Office of Congressional Conduct, Defend the Vote president and executive director Brian Lemek claims Perry has “repeatedly used official House resources to benefit his campaign.”
